Our Sweet Cancellation Policy
We make a full refund of all monies paid to date as long as you cancel prior to actually arriving at the retreat site. There are no refunds either partial or full once you are on site even if you choose to leave prior to the end of the retreat. Once on site there are no refunds for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
The Retreat Package Includes:
- Three Ayahuasca ceremonies.
- Rapé [rap-PAY], another sacred medicine, offered at all ceremonies.
- Shamanic drum meditation to promote the crafting of intention.
- Two temazcal therapies (sweat lodge).
- A private session with our principal healer and medicine giver.
- Two additional sessions with healers of differing modalities.
- Three group, body movement and grounding sessions with a third healer.
- Integration sessions the day after every ceremony.
- Homemade vegetarian meals, NOT vegan, and modification for medical purposes only.
- Fresh fruit available at all times.
- Unlimited purified bottled water.
- Unlimited use of the retreat venue facilities: pool, dining area, maloca,extensive gardens.
- Lodging on the double occupancy plan.
- Guest rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms.
- Free wifi.
- Access to the team at all times.
- Free transportation airport-venue-airport. Timeframes apply.
- Arrivals: your plane must be on the ground by 12pm for our free 2pm shuttle and by 3pm for our free 5pm shuttle.
- Departures: single shuttle leaving the venue for the airport at 10am.
NOTE: If you can’t make the landing times, we schedule a private shuttle at a cost to you of 50 USD, payable in cash directly to the driver. This is cost per shuttle. NOT per person so if other participants need a shuttle in the same timeframe, you ride together and share the cost.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY with cost. Ask us.
- Session with Bufo Alvarius (unlimited pipes) scheduled for the morning of the third and last nighttime ceremony of the retreat. This is the only activity not included in the retreat cost.
Package does NOT include:
- Airfare from your city of origin to the Cancun International Airport.
- Any souvenirs or merchandise you purchase while in Mexico.
- Meals outside the retreat site.
- Any activities, tours you engage in before or after the retreat.
- Anything not specifically listed above in the included list.
Note: If you have any doubts, ask us!
Note: We keep our retreats small. The maximum number of participants is 15 so everyone gets the support they need or desire. However we work with the group that forms; be that 5 or 15. We have never cancelled a retreat.
